We collect the information needed to operate dil.map and deliver purchased or entitled content.

This may include your email address for sign-in and account access, a device identifier used to associate authentication requests with a specific device, and technical app information such as crash logs, diagnostics, and performance details used to maintain reliability.

Media streamed through the app is played on your device. Local caching may occur on the device to improve playback performance.

For Google Play Data safety purposes, the main categories we collect through the Android TV app are email address, device ID, crash logs, diagnostics, and limited playback activity needed to operate the service.

The Android TV app does not collect your personal photos, personal videos, or other user-generated content from your device through the app unless you explicitly submit that information to us through a separate service or workflow.

We use information to:

• authenticate users and verify access to purchased or entitled content,
• associate sign-in activity with the device requesting access,
• deliver streaming and playback features, and
• monitor, troubleshoot, and improve app stability and performance.

We do not sell personal data. We do not share personal data with third parties except when necessary to operate the service, such as hosting, email delivery, or technical infrastructure providers acting on our behalf.

We retain information only as long as needed to provide the service, maintain account access, support entitled content delivery, comply with legal obligations, or resolve security and reliability issues.

You can request deletion of your account and associated personal data by emailing [email protected] or by using our public contact form and selecting Delete account.

Where account deletion is available directly inside the product, you may also use that option. Deletion requests may require verification before processing.
